Shape the Future of Operational Excellence Through Automation and Innovation!

As a Process Improvement Consultant, you will play a critical role in identifying, configuring, and deploying Business Process Automation (BPA) solutions that transform manual business processes into scalable, efficient, and high-performing workflows.

As part of our newly formed Operational Excellence Project Team, you'll work collaboratively with project stakeholders, Compliance, IT, and operational teams to design and deliver automation solutions that drive meaningful business improvement across the organisation.

This role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact by not only creating and implementing process automation solutions but also helping shape the future direction of operational excellence initiatives.

You'll evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements, identify further optimisation opportunities, and contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
