Job Purpose:
To drive adoption, integration and continuous improvement of TD SYNNEX’s eCommerce platforms and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) capabilities and solutions, enhancing the digital experience for customers and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Responsibilities (Local & Customer-Facing):
Promote the use of eCommerce tools internally and externally (including site visits), delivering targeted training sessions and support materials to internal teams and customers to increase eCommerce tool adoption and usage.
Oversee and continuously improve webshop and EDI integration support processes, identifying opportunities for automation to enhance scalability.
Lead customer onboarding and integration for EDI, ensuring accurate and timely implementation.
Provide structured support and guidance on datapack workflows and digital ordering tools.
Serve as the first escalation point for local eCommerce issues, ensuring quick resolution and documenting learnings for future improvements.
Strategic & Cross-Regional Collaboration:
Implement regional eCommerce initiatives aligned with business plans and KPIs.
Represent the country/region in European eCommerce boards to influence platform direction, share feedback, and align on standards.
Coordinate with regional and European project teams to support feature development, testing, and release readiness.
Stay current on customer expectations and market trends to influence the evolution of eCommerce and EDI offerings.
Report on adoption metrics, project milestones, issues, and risks to the E-Commerce Manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Principal knowledge of E-commerce applications
Knowledge of EDI and SAP is an advantage
Demonstrate Business acumen with a focus on excellent customer service
Analytical capabilities
Work across multiple departments and divisions
Structure workload independently and deliver based on defined priorities
Encourage an open dialogue and debate
Eager to learn and adopt swiftly to changing environments
