Sales Operations Support in Basingstoke

Job Purpose: Supporting internal sales function by sales order processing and order queries.
Responsibilities: Responsible for daily order loading and order queries, including any electronic order processing To support all aspects of the sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets Priorities own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA is achieved Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales Escalate any issues in a timely manner to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager Proactively support the business working a shift pattern, as required Knowledge Skills and Experience Strong attention to detail Process driven valuing every voice is how we succeed.
