What You’ll Be Doing

• Strategic Partnering - collaborate with Sales and BU leaders to identify and act on opportunities that drive gross profit improvement, both in £ and % terms.
• Pricing Team Transformation - this role will have a strong influence over the Pricing Team transformation. You’ll support and help shape the development of the team you are part of to create an innovative and high performing function.
• Pricing Team Player - collaborating within the team to achieve shared goals, while being hands-on and deliver business as usual tasks on a daily basis. This is more than just a numbers role. It’s a chance to shape the future of how we do business, by embedding smarter, data-driven thinking into our pricing strategy. You’ll work with product specialists and sales executives and see the tangible impact of your work.

What You’ll Bring

• 8–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Professional qualification in Finance, Analytics or Change Management desirable but not essential.
• Strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, innovate, and be assertive.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of management.
• Skilled negotiator with the ability to promote ideas persuasively and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with resilience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
• Advanced proficiency with relevant computer systems and technology.
