What You’ll Be Doing
- Support product awareness through desk training and sales engagement.
- Help maintain and update pipelines in our CRM (Compass).
- Assist with reporting on promotional performance and vendor activity.
- Contribute to business and marketing plan execution.
- Help identify training opportunities for customers and internal teams.
- Assist with customer care escalations and communication tasks.
- Support development of web tools and vendor microsites.
- Share product info, pricing, and promotions with stakeholders.
- Participate in call-out days and promote TD SYNNEX’s e-business services.
