Au sein de la division Endpoint Solutions, spécialisée dans la distribution de Smartphones, PC, tablettes, objets connectés, imprimantes, périphériques informatiques, accessoires et consommables, nous recherchons un(e) Internal Sales Manager dynamique et passionné(e) pour piloter une équipe de commerciaux sédentaires et propulser notre croissance à un niveau supérieur !

Votre mission :

  • Piloter et animer votre Ă©quipe pour atteindre et dĂ©passer les objectifs de chiffre d’affaires et de rentabilitĂ©.
  • Mettre en place une organisation efficace et utiliser les outils adĂ©quats pour maximiser la satisfaction client.
  • Fixer des objectifs clairs, suivre les performances et dĂ©velopper les compĂ©tences de votre Ă©quipe par du coaching et des plans de dĂ©veloppement.
  • Collaborer avec les KAM qui gèrent le Top 12 clients et garantir l’autonomie de l’équipe sur les autres comptes.
  • Assurer une relation de qualitĂ© avec les clients et partenaires internes : ADV, OpĂ©rations, Service Client, CrĂ©dit...
  • ĂŠtre force de proposition pour identifier de nouvelles opportunitĂ©s de croissance et maximiser le potentiel des comptes clients.
  • Assurer un reporting prĂ©cis et un suivi des KPI : appels sortants, prĂ©visions, rentabilitĂ©, etc.
  • Faire preuve d'un comportement exemplaire, conformĂ©ment aux valeurs TD SYNNEX.

Profil recherché :

  • ExpĂ©rience en management commercial rĂ©ussie (5 Ă  10 ans), idĂ©alement dans un environnement B2B.
  • Bonne connaissance de l’écosystème de la distribution et capacitĂ© Ă  interagir avec des clients variĂ©s.
  • CompĂ©tences en leadership, coaching et dĂ©veloppement d’équipe.
  • Esprit analytique et capacitĂ© Ă  piloter la performance par les chiffres.
  • Excellente communication et capacitĂ© Ă  motiver une Ă©quipe.
  • ExpĂ©rience dans un environnement IT ou de la distribution serait un plus.
  • Vous ĂŞtes capable de dĂ©montrer votre capacitĂ© Ă  comprendre clairement la direction et les dĂ©fis stratĂ©giques.
  • L’anglais, la maĂ®trise du pack Office et de SAP sont des atouts Ă  votre candidature.
  • Vous aimez relever des dĂ©fis et acceptez rĂ©gulièrement de nouveaux challenges.
  • Anglais niveau B1 minimum.
