What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the design of vendor solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Deliver outstanding service and meet predefined SLAs.
  • Use internal and vendor tools to generate accurate bills of materials.
  • Respond quickly to queries and customer care issues.
  • Communicate product and technology information to internal and external audiences.
  • Handle product and solution enquiries from sales teams and resellers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to profile repeatable solutions for inventory planning.
  • Apply vendor promotions effectively.
  • Work toward required technical knowledge and vendor accreditations.
  • Support the Business Solution Centre (BSC) to boost partner engagement.
  • Deliver basic post-sales implementation services.
