Position Overview

  • Process and settle fixed income trades via settlement depositaries.
  • Ensure accurate and timely matching and settlement of trades in line with market deadlines.
  • Monitor settlement status and proactively resolve failed or pending trades, following escalation matrix to update stakeholders.
  • Liaise with custodians, clearing agents and counterparties to resolve discrepancies ahead of settlement cut-offs.
  • Perform daily cash and securities reconciliations, maintaining strong operational controls to mitigate risk.
  • New issue processing (non‑syndicated/syndicated).
  • Certificate Deposit & Commercial Paper ISIN creation and settlement (Citi velocity experience advantageous).

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of fixed‑income products and settlement processes.
  • Solid understanding of full settlement cycle.
  • Familiarity with CSDR settlement process advantageous.
  • Experience with settlement platforms: Calypso Cash, OMGEO ALERT, Easy way advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative.
  • Experience with new issues preferred.
