TD Securities is seeking a Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding of HR vendors for Project Armstrong, ensuring readiness by 1 April 2027. You will coordinate across HR, procurement, Legal, Privacy and Technology to deliver a compliant and efficient onboarding process.
In this role, you will manage the integrated onboarding plan, drive engagements through sourcing, due diligence, contracting and approvals, and ensure alignment with regional regulatory requirements across EMEA and APAC.
