Bricklayer (1&1 gang) in Northampton

We are seeking an experienced Bricklaying / Stone Laying Gang for immediate start on our client development site in Towcester, NN12 area.\\n\\nThis role offers several months of ongoing work with flexibility on the start date.\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * Experience in bricklaying and/or stone laying\\n\\n * High-quality workmanship and finishing\\n\\n * Full gang preferred\\n\\n * CSCS cards essential\\n\\n * Own tools and transport\\n\\n * Reliability and good communication\\n\\nDetails:\\n\\n * Project: Private residential build (5 houses total)\\n\\n * Start: Immediate (flexible)\\n\\n * Duration: Several months of work\\n\\n * Hours: Full-time\\n\\n * Rate: Negotiable, based on experience\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Carry out brick and stone laying to design specifications and drawings\\n\\n * Construct walls, façades, and structural masonry elements\\n\\n * Prepare foundations and set out layouts accurately\\n\\n * Cut and shape bricks/stone as required\\n\\n * Mix and apply mortar to required standards\\n\\n * Maintain high site standards and quality control\\n\\n * Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures\\n\\n * Communicate progress and issues to site lead\\n\\n * Coordinate with other trades when necessary\\n\\nTo apply please call us on (phone number removed)
