TD Recruitment are hiring for an experienced Landscaper / Gardener Team Leader to join an active team in the Salisbury area. This is a full-time, ongoing role working in a small crew of 3–4 operatives delivering high-standard soft landscaping and garden care across residential and commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations and directing team members on soft landscaping tasks.
- Carrying out routine garden maintenance: pruning, planting, systematic watering, weeding, and lawn care/mowing.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
- Interacting professionally with clients and maintaining site cleanliness.
Candidate Requirements
- Driving Licence: Must hold a full UK driving licence and be confident driving company vehicles (Candidates over 25 preferred for fleet insurance criteria).
- PPE: Must have standard 3-Point PPE (Steel toe-cap boots, hi-vis vest/jacket, and work gloves).
- Experience: Proven practical background in soft landscaping and garden maintenance, with natural leadership ability.
- Attributes: High reliability, strict punctuality for 07:30 AM starts, and a strong work ethic.
