TD Recruitment is looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our client who is a fast growing waste management business based in South Bristol and is looking for a customer service advisor to join the growing team. They have the largest recycling plant in the South West and provides total waste management services. The role is to join the fast paced waste management team to provide customer services to new and existing clients, your main duties will include: * Booking job orders on to a bespoke waste management software taken from telephone or email orders * Taking daily phone calls from clients regarding existing or outstanding orders * Responding to customer complaints and escalating to team manager when required * Dealing with email enquiries * Processing customer payments * Processing licences Location: Ashton, South Bristol Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Full Time, 40 per week Salary: £22K – £24K per annum
