TD Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant/Adviser for our client who works in the Waste industry in Bristol, BS3 area. Our client is looking for a professional and enthusiastic person with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail to join the office team and support with general customer service queries.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing, inputting & sending purchase orders from customers.
- Raising jobs and inputting on to the system, raising files and filing.
- Answering and distributing telephone calls, dealing with customers’ queries i.e skip hire etc.
- All other general office duties.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- IT Literate in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, confident in dealing with customers both over email and on the telephone
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Experience with high call volumes or similar type of office work
