The Role
Full 360 recruitment – own your desk and build it your way. You’ll source, screen, interview, place, and manage relationships with candidates and clients in construction, waste/recycling, industrial warehouses, logistics, manufacturing, and related sectors. This is an office-based role in our modern Clevedon hub (with free parking and great links), but we offer 1 day per week from home right away, with the potential to increase to 2 days after probation passed as you settle in and prove performance.
Recruitment Consultant - Key Responsibilities
- Win new business through targeted outreach, networking, and client meetings
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, vetting, interviews, placements
- Build and maintain long-term client & candidate relationships
- Achieve and exceed billing targets in a high-support environment
- Mentor junior consultants as the team grows
Recruitment Consultant - What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years recruitment experience (ideally in construction, waste/recycling, industrial warehouses, logistics, or similar sectors)
- Proven billing track record (ideally £150k–£200k+ annually)
- Strong business development skills – confident cold outreach and client-winning
- Excellent communication, resilience, and a genuine passion for people/recruitment
- Full UK driving licence preferred (occasional site/client visits)
