About Us
TD Recruitment is a growing recruitment agency specialising in construction, waste & recycling, industrial and logistics staffing. We supply temporary and permanent staff to clients across the UK from our office in Clevedon.
We’re looking for a reliable, organised and professional person to join our small UK team and provide essential administrative and client support.
The Role
This is a key support role working closely with the Managing Director. You will help keep the office running smoothly and ensure clients and candidates receive a professional service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Handling day-to-day administration and office tasks
- Supporting client communication (phone, email and general queries)
- Assisting with candidate onboarding and compliance checks
- Managing timesheets, paperwork and basic record keeping
- Coordinating interviews and start dates
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Providing general support to the Managing Director
- Helping with basic marketing and LinkedIn activity where required
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Organised, reliable and detail-focused
- Confident dealing with clients and candidates over the phone and by email
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team
- Proactive and happy to get stuck in
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience in recruitment, office administration or a customer-facing role would be advantageous but is not essential. The right attitude and willingness to learn are more important.
