Door-to-Door Canvasser in Halstead

Getting glass bottles back, one door at a time.

I\’m looking for a friendly, reliable canvasser to join me in the New Year, working with local dairies to sign up new customers for traditional milk delivery in glass bottles.

This is a door-to-door, field-based role, speaking to residents and completing sign-ups in allocated areas.

What you\’ll be doing:

Knocking doors in residential areas

Introducing the local dairy service

Explaining the benefits of milk in glass bottles

Signing customers up clearly and accurately

Representing the dairy in a friendly, professional way

Pay structure:

£15 per completed call during training (first 4–6 weeks, working alongside me)

£20 per completed call once working independently in your own areas

After training, most people aim for 5–10 calls per day (£100–£200/day OTE)

Training & support:

One-to-one training alongside me

Lift to and from the area during training

Uniform provided

Proven script and ongoing support

About you:

Confident and friendly with people

Happy working outdoors in all weathers

Self-motivated and reliable

Based in or near Halstead, Essex

Have (or can get) your own transport once independent

No experience needed – attitude matters most

Important: This is a self-employed, freelance sub-contractor role.

You are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance.
