T&D are looking to expand our network of experienced skilled tradespeople, site supervisors and working supervisors to support ongoing maintenance, refit, refurbishment, restoration and building projects across the UK. We are a well-established, family-run business operating since 1991, delivering commercial maintenance, refurbishment, restoration and building services for a wide range of clients.

We are looking for reliable, professional subcontractors based in the Midlands who are willing to travel for work. We are particularly interested in subcontractors with experience in:

  • Carpentry and joinery
  • Refit and refurbishment
  • Maintenance works
  • Commercial property projects
  • Site supervision

For supervisor roles, we are ideally looking for people from a trade background who can assist on site as a working supervisor when required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in your trade or supervisory role
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Own vehicle and ability to travel to sites
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Own tools and suitable PPE
  • Reliable, professional and able to work safely on active sites

Additional requirements for supervisors:

  • SSSTS or SMSTS as a minimum
  • Experience supervising trades and subcontractors
  • Ability to coordinate site activities and communicate with clients, site contacts and project managers
  • Strong understanding of health and safety, site standards and programme requirements

The role will involve working on a variety of commercial projects, carrying out or supervising works to a high standard, following site instructions, working alongside supervisors and other trades, and maintaining safe, clean and professional working areas.

This opportunity would suit experienced subcontract tradespeople, site supervisors or working supervisors who take pride in their work, are comfortable working across different sites, and are looking to build a long-term working relationship with a reputable contractor.
