Position Overview

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries, offering timely advice to colleagues via the AskHR portal and additional mailboxes across the Europe and Asia Pacific region
  • Manage end-to-end processes, from onboarding to termination and lifecycle transactions, with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Leave of absence advice and administration – guiding employees through the company family friendly policies (i.e. maternity, paternity, shared parental leave)
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the HR function (HR Business Partners, Payroll), ensuring HR systems are up to date, and processes are aligned
  • Manage global mobility actions for those travelling to and from our regions
  • Manage internal and external audit requests and escalate as required
  • Participate in annual HR activities, year-end compensation, regulatory obligations under Senior Managers Certification Regime (SMCR), Individual Accountability Regime (IAF) and equivalent regulatory bodies in other regions as required
  • Actively participate in regional or global projects dedicated to enhancing efficiency and process design
  • Actively participate in the implementation of legislative and regulatory change across processes and supporting standard operating procedures

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience of HR administration
  • Experience and or understanding of a regulated firm
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Workday experience (essential)
  • MS Excel experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage expectations appropriately
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Collaborative and agile work ethic
  • Ability to run with a number of tasks concurrently
