Vous participerez activement aux opérations bancaires quotidiennes tout en recommandant des solutions adaptées aux besoins de chaque client.

  • Responsabilités
  • Traiter les opérations financières (dépôts, retraits, paiements de factures) conformément aux procédures normalisées et aux règlements du secteur.
  • Comprendre et déterminer les besoins des clients afin de proposer des solutions bancaires appropriées, tout en respectant la confidentialité.
  • Répondre aux préoccupations des clients et résoudre les problèmes ou transmettre les exceptions à un niveau supérieur si nécessaire.
  • Atteindre les objectifs d’affaires en promouvant les solutions bancaires et en suivant les processus de manière précise et dans les délais impartis.
  • Créer un lien personnel avec les clients, les informer clairement des solutions et des processus bancaires.
  • Contribuer à un environnement de travail positif, diversifié et équitable, en soutenant l’efficacité d’équipe et en participant à l’amélioration continue.
  • Assurer une expérience client de qualité et recommander des améliorations opérationnelles quand des opportunités se présentent.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires et/ou plus d’une année d’expérience pertinente;
  • Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle ou équivalent (atout).
  • Très bon sens de l’organisation et solides compétences en administration, planification et gestion du temps.
  • Maîtrise pratique de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) et d’Internet.
  • Ambition, initiative, souci du détail et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et priorités.
  • Compétences reconnues en expérience client, capable d’établir un lien verbal ou écrit avec diverses personnes de façon calme, courtoise et efficace.
