You will join TD Securities working on the Compliance Team and you will also be required to work closely with colleagues from other divisions and other regions across TD Securities. We are looking for highly competent, intelligent recent graduates that thrive under pressure and can adapt to changing situations.
Who Should Apply?

- Have a 2:1 or above degree (or equivalent) qualification

Role Details and Key Accountabilities:
- Support with analysing Compliance impacts on customers, stakeholders and processes to achieve better business results;
- Contribute to various Compliance advisory activities (e.g. report production, process mapping, tracking, research, analysis and procedural support) as assigned;
- Protect the interests of the organization – identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard, high-risk transactions / activities as necessary;
- Adhere to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines;
- Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite.

- Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and promote timely communication of issues/ points of interest;
- Keep current on emerging trends/ developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools and techniques;

Breadth and Depth:
- Lead problem resolution for issues that have been escalated, and/or escalate to appropriate level where further clarity or interpretation is required;
- Provide support/ assistance to other team members and business partners;
- Complete work within specifically defined parameters with guidance / direction from management as necessary;
- Accountable for own work and effective coordination of processes and information across related teams;
- Generally reports to a Manager/Senior Manager Compliance.
