Role Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This role would suit someone with an agency background looking to move in-house, or someone with early in-house experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You will support hiring across a mix of front and back office roles, working closely with hiring managers and the wider TA team to deliver a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
This is a hands‑on delivery role, with a strong focus on sourcing, coordination, and candidate management.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles during the contract period.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and support delivery.
- Manage day-to-day recruitment activity including scheduling, candidate communication and interview coordination.
- Source candidates directly via Linked In and other channels.
- Screen candidates and support shortlisting processes.
- Help manage requisitions in Workday and keep data up to date.
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the process.
- Work collaboratively with the TA team to meet hiring timelines.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally within financial services or a professional services environment.
- Comfortable managing multiple roles at once, with good organization and attention to detail.
- Some experience of sourcing candidates directly (Linked In, job boards, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with candidates and hiring managers.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with ATS systems (Workday beneficial but not essential).
- Interest in developing a career in in-house Talent Acquisition.
