Primarily manages smaller and less complex projects than Project Managers. May be responsible for complex analysis and reporting at the project/program level. Typically delivers work packages for projects within a bigger program and focus of projects/programs generally medium term. May lead and deliver Tier 5 projects with a low level of regulatory oversight, risk and complexity profile with medium term horizon. Requires deeper understanding of technology/business issues and objectives, and impact of the team's work. May operate as a working lead and provide training and guidance to others on best practices, processes, and completion of business as usual activities. Typically reports to Project/Program/Portfolio Management Office Leader.
