Job Description:

The Senior Manager Compensation provides expert advice and tailored solutions for TD businesses in Europe & Asia Pacific (EAP) on their respective strategy and business requirements. The role will act as the lead and expert on regional compensation governance oversight and strategic compensation advisory consultation and delivery. The role will interface with senior management, Human Resources teams, and remuneration committees.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and executing end-to-end compensation advisory activities for all businesses in EAP, ensuring strategic alignment, market competitiveness, and execution excellence.
  • Providing regional leadership in guiding staff, bringing in best practices, and creating strategic value through ongoing compensation solution delivery.
  • Overseeing remuneration governance activities, including regulatory submissions, regional remuneration committee material preparation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, policies, and materials to increase effectiveness while meeting compliance and business objectives.
  • Ensuring alignment of business-specific compensation programs with the bank\’s strategic direction and enterprise total value principles.

Job Requirements:

  • 12+ years of progressive compensation experience, especially in Capital Markets.
  • Deep knowledge of European and UK remuneration regulations, including Tier 1 requirements.
  • Proven track record in designing, administering, and executing competitive compensation programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
