The TCO Europe Specialist is required to work closely with both the local and international technology, business and governance teams to strengthen the control environment, manage technology risk and resilience, support regulatory compliance initiatives, and drive the remediation of identified control gaps, audit findings, and regulatory actions. The team plays a key role in enhancing operational resilience capabilities across the organization, including disaster recovery, resilience testing, technology governance, risk reporting, regulatory engagement, and continuous control improvement. The function supports both global initiatives and regional regulatory requirements, including Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), operational resilience frameworks, and technology risk management programs. **Position Overview** The Technology Controls Office (TCO) Specialist supports the governance, oversight, and execution of technology risk, resilience, compliance, and control activities across TD Securities and TD Bank Group technology organizations within Europe and globally. The role partners with technology and business stakeholders to identify, assess, monitor, report, and mitigate technology risks while supporting compliance with enterprise policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
