During the program, you will complete three rotations, giving you experience across different product and functional technology groups such as Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Data & AI and Compliance. Your work may include building user experiences and services, integrating systems and APIs, improving data quality and accessibility, or exploring responsible uses of machine learning and generative AI to improve colleague and client outcomes. **Who we are looking for:**We are looking for non-final year students graduating in December 2027 or June 2028, or those graduating in 2027, and looking to pursue further education who: * Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.* A strong interest in engineering, data and AI, with the curiosity to explore emerging technologies and apply them to real problems.* A grounding in programming and software development concepts, demonstrated through coursework, personal projects, placements, hackathons or other practical experience.* A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across disciplines, teams and regions while taking ownership of your work.* An interest in financial markets and how technology supports a global corporate and investment bank.
