We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Talent Sourcer (contractor). In this role, you will be responsible for building a robust talent pipeline, focusing on future and emerging roles, and supporting diversity sourcing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with recruiters, business partners, and customers to understand talent needs and implement effective sourcing strategies.

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with business and recruitment partners to identify future needs and areas of company growth, and translate those requirements into effective talent-sourcing strategies.
  • Sourcing a diverse pool of passive candidates through multiple channels including applicant tracking system, LinkedIn, open web, social networks, professional groups, referrals, and peer networking tactics.
  • Proactively engage with potential candidates to build and cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive outreach and communication plan to attract and engage candidates.
  • Regularly refresh and update the talent community to ensure a steady pool of candidates for ongoing recruitment needs.
  • Actively contribute to diversity sourcing initiatives, collaborating with diverse partners to build an inclusive talent community.

What we need to see:

  • 5+ years technical sourcing expertise for engineering and IT development-related roles (or equivalent experience).
  • Solid understanding of talent sourcing strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and nurturing talent pipelines and communities.
  • Proven ability to engage and build relationships with candidates, including passive candidates.
  • Strong collaboration and partnership skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners at all levels.
  • Data-driven attitude, with the ability to leverage analytics to inform decision-making and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
