We are looking for a Technical Recruiter (Contract) to join us on a 6-month maternity leave cover. Own the full recruitment lifecycle with a strong focus on AI and technical roles, ensuring alignment with NVIDIA’s high hiring standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Crafting final drafts of job descriptions for consistency and brand voice.
- Filtering incoming applications and conducting initial screenings to assess both technical fit and candidate interest.
- Providing innovative approaches to help drive NVIDIA's hiring process and the overall candidate and hiring manager experience that provide solutions to meet business needs.
- Building and maintaining a network of candidates through creative sourcing techniques that may include web sourcing, networking events, conferences, research, referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.
- Reporting on recruitment activities.
