The Creative Operations team is the engine that fuels our design projects. Our work encompasses a wide range of deliverable production, including digital campaigns, websites, digital experiences, video, photography, product launches or physical events to showcase our technology.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic team, leading the production and delivery of world-class creative assets. It's an outstanding opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects that showcase our latest technology, including digital campaigns, product launches, and physical events.

This role would suit a Senior Project Manager or organisation-focused Video Producer. This is an operational role rather than a creative role, so we’re looking for someone who loves calendars, spreadsheets and has a superpower for crafting organisation from chaos.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead planning and scheduling for video and photography projects, making sure high-quality assets are delivered promptly for significant events.
  • Coordinate shoot logistics, including locations, talent, props, gear, call sheets, catering, and on-site support, to guarantee a seamless and professional experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Creative Account Program Managers to prioritize workloads and align with campaign and launch timelines.
  • Develop rock-solid briefs and action plans, building deliverables lists and achievements, and understanding project complexity and language requirements.
  • Navigate the creative workflow, identifying necessary actions and schedules to ensure projects run efficiently. Anticipate risks and obstacles, proposing practical solutions to keep schedules and quality on track.
  • Ensure assets meet specifications and quality standards, delivering flawless and accurate results.
  • Drive continual process improvement by creatively seeking and evolving workflows for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Serve as the go-to person accountable for the success of the groups we serve, encouraging trust and a one-team mentality.

What we need to see:

  • 6+ years of experience in project management, production, or creative operations within a corporate, studio, or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with video and photography groups. Familiarity with creative, multimedia, and web development processes and file formats.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, capable of handling multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Excellent analytical, resourcing, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and act as a problem solver.
  • Outstanding communication skills; clear, professional, and proactive across all channels.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adjust quickly based on changing market and company needs.
  • Flexibility to support key events and launches occasionally outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends. Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for events and on-site production support.
  • Experience with PM software (e.g., Workfront, Trello, Jira).
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Extensive background in handling video and photography projects and events.
  • Familiarity with AI photo and video tools (e.g., Weavy, Narrative, Topaz).
  • Project Management certification (e.g., Prince2, PMP, DSDM Atern).
