What You’ll Do
- Own the Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Lead end-to-end hiring—from intake calls and requisition management to sourcing strategy, interviews, and offer negotiation.
- Act as a Strategic Talent Partner: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and advise on market trends, talent strategy, and hiring plans.
- Deliver High-Quality Candidate Assessments: Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to evaluate both technical capabilities and alignment with company values.
- Drive an Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate interaction reflects a thoughtful, engaging, and professional process—regardless of outcome.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Finance, HR, Total Rewards, and TA Operations to align hiring efforts and ensure seamless execution.
- Leverage Data to Improve Outcomes: Utilize recruiting metrics and reporting to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and influence decision-making.
- Operate with Excellence & Precision: Adhere to recruiting best practices, compliance standards, and SLAs while managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within a global technology or SaaS environment
- Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles simultaneously
- Experience hiring for Sales and G&A roles, such as: Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Technical Support / TAMs, Operations Specialists
- Strong ability to partner with and influence hiring managers
- Skilled in data-driven recruiting and pipeline management
- Deep understanding of UK/Ireland employment laws and hiring compliance
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
