We are a global technology company known for inventing the GPU and are now the engine of AI and accelerated computing, designing advanced chips and software that power the world’s leading data centers, AI factories and automotive systems. Due to outstanding ongoing growth, we are looking for a Senior Go to Market Recruiter EMEA (Contract). The successful candidate will be a recruitment specialist for the Enterprise Sales organisation, with a strong curiosity in building high-performing AI go-to-market teams and leading executive hiring initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for the Enterprise Sales organisation, including drafting and refining job descriptions to ensure consistency in style and alignment with the NVIDIA employer brand, reviewing and filtering incoming applications prior to hiring manager assessment, and proactively screening, engaging, and building pools of high-calibre candidates.
  • Cradle to grave management of the candidate experience, ensuring a positive experience and grow a vast, trusted network of talent for future requirements.
  • Drive partner engagement by liaising with collaborators (up to VP level) in order to understand sophisticated needs, build strategic recruitment activity and deliver results.
  • Play an active role in crafting NVIDIA’s employer brand.
  • Assist the local HR and management with employee processes and programs such as sales compensation, and incentive programs.
  • Engage in regional and worldwide HR/ Recruiting projects as the need arises.
  • Maintain an awareness of issues like attrition / retention, workforce diversity, employee happiness and career development opportunities within the business.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field or equal experience.
  • 8+ years of experience recruiting for Enterprise Go-to-Market (GTM) functions.
  • Outstanding sourcing skills gained either in-house or in an agency environment, with a focus of Enterprise sales and Executive engagements.
  • Significant experience in a fast-paced role, preferably with a multi-stranded, global focus.
  • Exceptional initiative to extract information and work autonomously when required.
  • Formidable interpersonal skills, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing with fierce attention to detail.
  • A proven sense of urgency and ownership, with a high level of confidentiality.
  • The ability to work within a global, matrix environment with multiple partners.
