We are seeking an experienced Campaign Marketing Specialist to lead integrated marketing strategy and campaign execution for a portfolio of AI software, developer tools, and open models across the EMEA region. In this role, you will define regional marketing strategies, develop integrated campaign plans, and execute initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement across developer communities, enterprise customers, and strategic technology partners.
This is a strategic, hands-on marketing role requiring someone who can build regional go-to-market plans while collaborating closely with global marketing, developer relations, partner marketing, and field teams. The ideal candidate has deep experience in enterprise technology marketing, developer ecosystems, AI software, or cloud technologies and thrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness and adoption of AI software, developer platforms, and open model solutions across priority EMEA markets.
- Build regional marketing plans that align global campaign priorities with local market opportunities across the UK, Germany, France, and other key territories.
- Create compelling messaging and positioning that communicates the value of AI software and open model technologies to developers, enterprise buyers, and technology partners.
- Partner closely with Developer Relations, Product Marketing, Global Campaigns, Field Marketing, and regional business teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives.
- Promote developer-focused programs through digital campaigns, community engagement, and regional technology events to increase awareness and participation.
- Collaborate with cloud providers, system integrators, channel partners, and other strategic technology partners to execute co-marketing initiatives and extend campaign reach.
- Support localization of campaign messaging, digital content, social media assets, and marketing communications for regional audiences.
- Leverage developer-focused channels including GitHub, Hugging Face, Discord, newsletters, and technical communities to increase campaign visibility and engagement.
- Measure campaign performance, community engagement, partner participation, and marketing effectiveness while providing recommendations for continuous optimization.
- Manage multiple integrated marketing initiatives simultaneously while maintaining project timelines, stakeholder alignment, and execution excellence.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, developer marketing, software marketing, or integrated campaign management within enterprise technology.
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns supporting AI, cloud, enterprise software, developer platforms, or open-source technologies.
- Strong understanding of developer communities, enterprise AI adoption, and modern software marketing strategies.
- Experience partnering with cloud providers, system integrators, channel partners, or strategic technology alliances on co-marketing initiatives.
- Experience promoting developer programs, technical communities, hackathons, meetups, or open-source initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking and campaign planning skills with the ability to translate global priorities into regional marketing execution.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently within highly matrixed, fast-paced organizations.
- Fluent English required; French or German language skills are highly desirable.
