We are a global technology company known for inventing the GPU and are now the engine of AI and accelerated computing, designing advanced chips and software that power the world’s leading data centers, AI factories and automotive systems. We are looking for a Technical Recruiter (Contract) to join us on a 6-month maternity leave cover. The successful candidate will be a specialist in recruiting tough-to-fill technology roles, with a keen interest in state-of-the-art technology and a proven understanding of how it is commercialized.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle with a strong focus on AI and technical roles, ensuring alignment with NVIDIA’s high hiring standards.
  • Responsibilities include crafting final drafts of job descriptions for consistency and brand voice, filtering incoming applications and conducting initial screenings to assess both technical fit and candidate interest.
  • Provide innovative approaches to help drive NVIDIA's hiring process and the overall candidate and hiring manager experience that provide solutions to meet business needs.
  • Build and maintain a network of candidates through creative sourcing techniques that may include web sourcing, networking events, conferences, research, referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.
  • Report on recruitment activities.

What we need to see:

  • A degree in a technology or business discipline (or equivalent).
  • 8+ years of experience.
  • Outstanding technical sourcing skills gained in-house.
  • Significant experience in a fast-paced role, preferably with a multi-stranded, global focus.
  • A proven sense of urgency and ownership, with a high level of confidentiality.
  • The ability to work within a global, matrix environment with multiple partners.
