The Team Leader of TCV\’s Northwest operational team is an exciting new role, based at TCV\’s purpose-built property at Brooke Park in Derry, leading our ambitious operational plans for the wider northwest locality. Working across Counties Londonderry, Tyrone, Fermanagh as well as some cross-border projects. We are seeking an individual with good leadership, co‑ordination and communication skills. Experience of leading a complex portfolio of projects is essential. Also experience in horticulture, land management or conservation work. Our existing northwest operational portfolio includes: projects to improve community open spacesлений and involve local people, habitat management work across a network of nature reserves and country parks, the Acorn Fam Project partnership and the \’I Can Grow\’ growing vegetables at home initiative, which supports 400 households per year, and projects to help reduce health inequalities through therapeutic horticulture and community growing projects. The role demands outstanding people leadership skills with the ability to build strategic partnerships to expand our operations. Experience and understanding of working with volunteers and engaging volunteers from all backgrounds, including youth, minority ethnic communities, and corporate volunteers, is essential.
