At The Config Team, we’re growing and we’re looking for someone who can bring structure, accuracy, and insight to our marketing engine. We’re looking for an entry level Graduate Marketing Data Analyst to support our marketing team with data management, reporting, and campaign tracking. This role is perfect for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and enjoys working with data. You’ll help keep our CRM and marketing systems accurate, clean, and up to date, supporting campaigns, reporting, and lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with CRM and marketing system management, including Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Input, clean, and organise marketing data to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Support campaign tracking and attribution across marketing activity
  • Help produce reports and dashboards to monitor marketing performance
  • Map and integrate data from multiple sources into Salesforce

What We’re Looking For:

  • Some experience or interest in B2B marketing, operations, or data
  • A valid UK driving license is essential for the role
  • Comfortable working with CRM and marketing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and an organised, structured approach to work
  • Enjoys admin, data entry, tidying, and structuring information
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
