The Quest Academy is seeking a dedicated Year Leader to support students’ personal development, wellbeing and behaviour. You will work with SLT and the pastoral team to maintain high standards of behaviour, attendance and conduct across the Academy.
You will lead a tutor team, quality assure the tutor programme, run assemblies, interventions and meetings with parents and stakeholders, and contribute to wider school leadership. The post is full time, term time plus 4 weeks.
