- What You’ll Do
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of support workers.
- Ensure delivery of person-centred care within supported living accommodation.
- Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and compliance with safeguarding standards.
- Promote independence and positive risk‑taking for service users.
- Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Experience in mental health or social care.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience (preferred).
