You’ll help clients achieve personal goals, explore new hobbies, and enjoy trips into the community—all while creating relationships that bring lasting satisfaction for both you and them.</p> <p>You will work in varying ratios of <b>1:1 and 2:1 shifts</b>, with the opportunity for shadow shifts beforehand.

You will be trained specifically to care for the client.

You should be a <b>patient, caring and compassionate</b> person.
