We sit within Travelopia, a global group of specialist travel brands, combining the agility of a focused brand with the backing, data and ambition of a global travel group. We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving profitable demand and bookings through paid media, tightly integrated with search performance, GEO and AI‑led discovery. You’ll focus on delivering measurable impact, with success defined by ROAS, CPA, revenue contribution, and lead quality.
Responsibilities
- Own day‑to‑day paid media performance across core platforms, with clear budget responsibility.
- Drive ROAS, CPA and revenue contribution across paid activity, with an understanding of lead quality and commercial value.
- Plan and optimise activity across the full funnel, aligning spend to intent and demand.
- Own and optimise search and on‑site conversion performance alongside paid media, prioritising and testing improvements that increase intent capture and revenue contribution.
- Use data and testing to continuously improve bidding, audiences, creative and landing pages.
- Translate performance into clear commercial insight for the wider business.
- Apply emerging AI, GEO and agent‑led discovery thinking to improve efficiency and future‑proof performance.
- Operate with a best‑in‑class, platform‑agnostic performance stack, selecting tools based on insight and commercial value.
Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience managing performance‑led paid media accounts (in‑house or agency).
- Proven track record improving ROAS, reducing CPA while maintaining lead quality, and driving revenue growth – not just traffic.
- Strong understanding of search intent and how paid and organic channels interact.
- Confidence discussing performance in commercial terms with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with large datasets, ambiguity, and structured testing frameworks.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience in travel, e‑commerce, or high‑consideration purchase markets.
- Exposure to SEO, CRO, or organic search strategy (you don’t need to be an SEO specialist).
- Awareness of AI‑driven shifts in search behaviour (AI Overviews, GEO, agents, zero‑click).
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM‑led performance environments.
