The Role
We are seeking a skilled PPM Change Manager with hands-on experience in leading Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools such as Planisware, Primavera, or Planview. The role will be responsible for driving and deploying change management strategies for PPM platform implementations and integrations with other enterprise systems. Knowledge of VERTO will be a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities
• Drive and execute change management strategy for PPM platform implementation and adoption.
• Lead organizational change initiatives related to PPM tools and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Design and deliver change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, and communication strategies.
• Support integration of PPM platforms with other enterprise systems (e.g., finance, resource planning, delivery tools).
• Work hands-on with PPM tools (Planisware / Primavera / Planview) to understand system capabilities and user impact.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, PMOs, IT teams, and leadership to ensure smooth transition and adoption.
• Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and PPM vendors/implementation partners.
• Develop and deliver training programs, user guides, and adoption frameworks.
• Monitor adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and change readiness activities.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience in Change Management within PPM or enterprise system implementations.
• Hands-on experience with at least one PPM tool:
o Planisware
o Primavera
o Planview
• Proven ability to drive adoption and manage change for platform implementations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
• Experience working with PPM vendors and implementation partners.

• Knowledge or experience in VERTO.
• Experience in large-scale transformation programs.
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
• Familiarity with PPM processes and portfolio governance frameworks.
