The Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst β PPM with strong functional expertise in Project Portfolio Management tools such as Planisware, Primavera, or Planview, and exposure to VERTO is highly preferred.
The candidate will play a key role in defining and implementing enterprise-wide PPM processes, working closely with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful delivery of PPM solutions
Key Responsibilities:
PPM Process Design & Implementation
o Define and document Enterprise PPM processes, frameworks, and governance models.
o Support end-to-end PPM implementation for new systems.
o Align PPM processes with organizational strategy and business needs.
Business Analysis
o Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
o Translate requirements into functional specifications and use cases.
o Perform gap analysis between current and future-state processes.
Tool Expertise &; Implementation
o Work hands-on with PPM tools such as:
Planisware / Primavera / Planview
Exposure to VERTO is a strong advantage.
o Support configuration, testing, and deployment of PPM systems.
Stakeholder Management
o Act as a bridge between business users, IT teams, and vendors.
o Conduct workshops, presentations, and requirement sessions.
o Ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.
Vendor Interaction
o Collaborate with PPM tool vendors during implementation.
o Validate deliverables and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
o Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Documentation & Reporting
o Prepare BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, and process documentation.
o Support reporting dashboards and portfolio insights.
Change Management & Training
o Assist in user training, adoption, and change management activities.
o Provide post-implementation support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in PPM domain.
Hands-on experience with at least one PPM tool:
o Planisware / Primavera / Planview
Understanding of:
o Portfolio management
o Project lifecycle management
o Resource & financial planning
Excellent stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with global teams and vendors.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge or hands-on exposure to VERTO PPM tool.
Experience in enterprise-level PPM implementation projects.
Familiarity with Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid methodologies.
Certifications such as PMP, PMI-PBA, CBAP are a plus.
