We are seeking a skilled Azure, Intune & EUC Support Engineer responsible for supporting and maintaining Azure infrastructure services, Microsoft Intune endpoint management, and end-user computing environments.
The successful candidate will provide L2/L3 technical support, ensure endpoint compliance, manage device lifecycle activities, and contribute to workplace modernization initiatives.
This role focuses on Azure infrastructure, endpoint management, security, and end-user computing support and does not include Microsoft 365/O365 application administration responsibilities.
The Role
Your responsibilities
- Manage Microsoft Intune for enterprise endpoint management.
- Configure and maintain: Compliance Policies , Configuration Profiles.
- Endpoint Security Policies, Application Deployment & Device Restrictions
- Administer Windows Autopilot deployments.
- Manage device enrollment and provisioning processes.
- Monitor device compliance and remediate endpoint issues.
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for Windows desktop and laptop environments.
- Windows 11 operating systems
- Device performance issues
- Driver and hardware-related problems
- VPN and remote access connectivity
- Endpoint security-related incidents
- Support desktop imaging, device builds, refreshes, and migrations.
- Manage endpoint patching and software deployment activities.
