The Role

We are seeking an experienced Dev Ops Lead to drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Dev Ops practices across cloud and application platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS cloud services, CI/CD automation, infrastructure management, and operational excellence.

Experience supporting Salesforce platform deployments and integrations is highly desirable.

The role involves leading Dev Ops initiatives, enabling development teams, and ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable deployment pipelines.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead the Dev Ops strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple applications and platforms.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available AWS cloud infrastructure environments.
  • Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient, reliable, and automated application deployments.
  • Collaborate with Development, QA, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Salesforce teams to ensure seamless delivery and operational excellence.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) practices using tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, or similar technologies.
  • Establish monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions to ensure proactive incident detection and resolution.
  • Drive environment management, release automation, configuration management, and deployment standardization across teams.
  • Ensure cloud security, compliance, vulnerability management, and adherence to organizational governance policies.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues, performance bottlenecks, and deployment failures.
  • Mentor and guide Dev Ops engineers while promoting Dev Ops culture, best practices, automation, and continuous improvement.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including networking, compute, storage, security, IAM, and monitoring services.
  • Proven expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI/CD, Azure Dev Ops, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) tools such as Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation, or Ansible.
  • Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and EKS.
  • Excellent understanding of Dev Ops, SRE, Agile methodologies, automation frameworks, system reliability, and operational best practices.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience

  • Experience with Salesforce Dev Ops, including deployment automation using tools such as Copado, Gearset, Auto RABIT, or Salesforce DX.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, integrations, release management, and environment strategy.
  • Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Cloud Watch, or App Dynamics.
  • Exposure to multi-cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect/Dev Ops Engineer Professional, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or Terraform Associate.
