The Role
To manage and drive delivery, including scope, project quality, adherence to schedule, management of dependencies to and from the project, project risks, issue resolution, stakeholder engagement, and reporting. A project manager may be assigned one or many projects.
Your responsibilities:
Plan and implementing project/s.
Define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
Actively manage scope.
Define tasks and deliverables into a viable project schedule, identify dependencies, managing delivery to the schedule.
Assemble and manage project team, with a viable resourcing plan.
Manage the project budget, including periodic updates on value of work done and forecast at completion.
Support and direct the project team.
Quality assurance of project deliverables.
Report on status.
Identify stakeholders, engage, and communicate.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Resolve issues, escalating as necessary.
Evaluate and assess the result of the project.
Prepare projects for stage gates following the Neonext+ governance process
Preparation and input to periodic governance forums
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
PMP, Prince 2 or equivalent project management certification
UK Energy industry experience
Experience leading IT infrastructure, application, or data projects
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
Upstream oil and gas operations experience
