We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) & Analytics Lead to design, implement, and manage enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities across Oracle Fusion applications. The role will focus on end-to-end FDI lifecycle including environment setup, ingestion of data from Oracle Fusion and third-party applications, implementation of standard out-of-the-box (OOTB) analytics, and development of custom dashboards. The successful candidate will enable data-driven decision making and ensure seamless integration of analytics into Oracle Fusion.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead FDI environment setup, configuration and governance
- Manage ingestion of data from Oracle Fusion and third-party applications
- Extend and manage semantic models within FDI
- Deploy and optimise Oracle OOTB dashboards
- Develop custom dashboards, reports and KPIs
- Integrate dashboards into Oracle Fusion transactional screens
- Optimise performance, data refresh and data quality
- Implement data security and governance controls
- Engage stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
- Produce documentation and deliver training
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and managing FDI / Analytics Cloud, OTBI, BI Publisher
- Strong experience with Oracle FDI or OAC
- Experience configuring FDI pipelines and environments
- Experience integrating third-party data sources
- Strong data modelling and ETL/ELT knowledge
- Experience deploying OOTB analytics
- Advanced dashboard and report development
- Experience embedding analytics in Fusion
- Knowledge of OIC or equivalent
- Strong data governance and security understanding
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
