The Role
Site Reliability Engineer will be part of the Engineering Team, who will be responsible for IT operations and infrastructure to ensure software systems remain scalable, reliable and efficient.
Your responsibilities:
Define and manage service-level indicators and service-level objectives, with meaningful alerts and dashboards.
Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis and the delivery of permanent corrective actions.
Build automation to reduce manual operational effort and improve service reliability.
Implement monitoring, logging, metrics and telemetry to provide clear service visibility.
Automate operational run books, recovery procedures and routine support activities.
Improve system availability, scalability, resilience, security and performance.
Collaborate with application, cloud, platform, security and operations teams to improve production readiness.
Support continuous delivery by promoting reliable deployment, rollback and release practices.
Share technical knowledge and guide engineering teams in adopting consistent reliability practice
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

Technical expertise in coding using Python, Java or Bash

Cloud computing (GCP),

Linux/Unix systems,

Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
