As part of a SAP Brownfield Implementation and Enhancement Programme, this role supports the organization’s business transformation journey to transition into a secure, modern, cloud-aligned SAP S/4HANA platform.
The objective is to enable continuous transformation, operational agility, and AI-driven growth.
The role is aligned with a decoupling strategy focused on establishing a clean core architecture, ensuring that the SAP S/4HANA system leverages standard SAP capabilities across key business domains, while minimizing customizations and technical debt.
Overall, the role is pivotal in maintaining environment integrity, minimizing risks, and accelerating delivery timelines while aligning with enterprise governance, compliance standards, and the broader goal of building a future-ready, AI-enabled SAP platform.
Your responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA ECC Lead Consultant to join a newly kickstarted SAP implementation program.
The consultant will play a critical role in designing, configuring, and delivering end-to-end procurement and inventory processes within an SAP RISE environment.
This role requires strong functional expertise, ownership mindset, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
Lead end-to-end SAP ECC implementation (requirements, design, build, test, deploy).
Configure core ECC processes: P2P, Inventory, Vendor Management, Invoice Verification.
Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and solution design.
Prepare functional specs, test scripts, and configuration documentation.
Support data migration, integration, and cutover activities.
Ensure integration with SD, FI, and other SAP modules.
Facilitate training and knowledge transfer.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
Minimum 10+ years SAP ECC experience with S/4HANA implementations.
Experience in RISE with SAP / Cloud implementations.
Strong expertise in P2P, Inventory, and Vendor processes.
Experience in at least 1–2 full-cycle implementations.
Strong understanding of cross-module integration.
