Your responsibilities:

· Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.

· Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or other BI platforms.

· Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.

· Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify opportunities for process improvements and business growth.

· Design and execute ad hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.

· Collaborate with business teams, product owners, and management to understand reporting and analytical needs.

· Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models for efficient data retrieval.

· Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.

· Support forecasting, trend analysis, and predictive modeling initiatives where applicable.

· Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.

· Document data definitions, methodologies, and analytical processes.

· Present findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Continuously improve reporting processes through automation and optimization techniques.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

Solid experience in Data Analytics, including data querying (SQL, Python) and data visualisation (Tableau, PowerBI)

Strong quantification skills (mathematics, behavioural modelling of averages, deviations, outlier detection, etc.)

Problem-solving expertise (ability to work with partners to understand problems to be solved, digest requirements, and turn them into data solutions to generate insights)

Ability to collaborate with a range of cross-functional teams across business and technology (personable, strong verbal and written communication skills, good facilitation experience)

Proactive, engaged, ‘get stuff done’ mindset, and a fast learner

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

· SQL, Python, Tableau, PowerBI
