The Role

The Triple A Wealth Suite Front Office Support Analyst is responsible for providing operational, application, and technical support for the Temenos Triple A Wealth Suite platform and related wealth management systems.

The role ensures the stability, availability, and performance of front- office wealth management applications supporting private bankers, wealth managers, and institutional advisors.

The analyst acts as the first line of support, manages incidents, performs system monitoring, executes operational procedures, and supports deployment and maintenance activities.

Your responsibilities

  • Start of Day system validation checks
  • Monitoring of system dashboard and communication channels during the business day 0800-1800 UK time
  • 1st Level on-call support for out of hours technical support, eg Server failure, End of Day processing issue.
  • Respond to and resolve level 1 support tickets related to TAP functionality and interfaced systems
  • Provide technical guidance to end users (private bankers, wealth managers, institutional advisors)
  • Troubleshoot platform and interface issues affecting asset management operations
  • Document issues and escalate complex problems to development/specialist teams
  • Maintain knowledge base of common issues and resolutions
  • Follow supplied instructions to deploy code changes out of BAU hours – typically between 1800 and 1900 UK time twice a month.
  • Follow established plan to shut down / restart application for automated Linux patching once a month on a Saturday.

Validate successful restart of system post-patching.

Escalate if any issues identified.

  • Monitor the reconciliation of positions between Triple A and Milvus and remediate any positions that do not reconcile.
  • Assist with audit reporting by extracting log files, evidence of changes, code examples to satisfy initial audit requests.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience

  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of wealth management platforms and digital portfolio systems. Sybase / Linux operating environment.
  • Temenos TAP Experience: Experience supporting Triple A GUI , R21 AMR or R25 AMR preferred.
  • Customer Service: Strong communication skills; ability to support diverse user bases
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues who takes initiative in the role.
  • Documentation: Ability to clearly document issues, test evidence and proposed solutions
