The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with strong experience in Java Spring Boot, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications
Your responsibilities:
Lead design and development activities across multiple Agile teams.
Drive technical solutioning, architectural reviews, and development best practices.
Mentor developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery.
Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build scalable, secure, and highly available microservices architectures.
Design and implement event-driven solutions using Azure messaging services.
Develop asynchronous processing patterns for high-volume transactions.
Design and manage Document Database solutions.
Develop scalable data models and access patterns.
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot development.
Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.
Experience in Event-Driven Architecture and messaging platforms.
Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and integration patterns.
Experience designing scalable, secure, and highly available applications.
Knowledge of Document Databases and NoSQL technologies.
Expertise in solution design, architecture reviews, and technical governance.
Experience leading Agile development teams and delivery initiatives.
Strong code review, mentoring, and technical leadership skills.
Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities.
