The Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale cloud-native applications using Golang, Microservices Architecture, and Azure Cloud technologies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native development, solution design, technical leadership, and modern engineering practices.
The role requires hands-on technical leadership, architecture governance, and mentoring capabilities to drive high-quality software delivery while ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and operational excellence across multiple Agile teams.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications across Agile teams.
Provide technical leadership, architectural direction, and engineering best practices to development teams.
Design and develop high-performance applications using Golang and cloud-native technologies.
Build scalable, secure, and resilient microservices-based solutions.
Conduct architecture reviews, design assessments, and code quality reviews.
Define solution designs, technical standards, and implementation approaches.
Implement distributed system patterns and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
Design and optimize data solutions leveraging Document Databases and NoSQL technologies.
Collaborate with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver business- aligned solutions.
Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence.
Essential Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
Strong hands-on experience in Golang application development.
Extensive experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.
Strong understanding of Distributed Systems and Cloud-Native Development principles.
Experience designing scalable, highly available, and resilient applications.
Expertise in REST API design and enterprise integration patterns.
Knowledge of Azure cloud services and container-based deployment platforms.
Experience with Document Databases, NoSQL technologies, and data modelling.
Proven experience leading Agile engineering teams and technical delivery initiatives.
Strong solution design, architecture governance, and technical decision-making capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Kubernetes (AKS) and container orchestration platforms.
Event-Driven Architecture and messaging platforms.
Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps practices.

Performance optimization and scalability engineering.
Architecture review and technology governance experience.
Technical mentoring and coaching capabilities.
Experience with API Gateway and service mesh technologies.
